AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SECURITY SYSTEMS AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES This bill requires the security business, not the user, to register the system. The bill shall become effective 90 days after enactment to allow the businesses to register systems that are already installed.
