About NESA

The National Electronic Security Alliance is a federation of state associations established to serve and promote the electronic systems industry at the direction of, and through its affiliated state associations. Over the next weeks we will give you short articles about the alliance.

Support Your State Association

  • NESA differs from other national industry associations because it exists to support state associations.  This is not a coincidence – it’s planned.
  • With other association’s national interests and the need to support an extensive national infrastructure leads to higher dues and restrictions on the state association. With NESA the states decide what NESA does not the other way around.
  • State and local regulations have more impact on you than national laws. That’s why strong state associations are our industry’s priority.
  • Networking with your peers at the local and state level provides you with valuable advice that fits the challenges you face in your local area.
  • Training by the state association meets state licensing requirements that one size fits all national training may not meet.
  • So join as many industry associations as you wish but make sure you support your local state association.
