Amends provisions of the Criminal Code of 2012 concerning exemptions to provisions concerning unlawful use of weapons by removing language limiting the exemptions for persons licensed under the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 who are commuting between their homes and places of employment to commuting that is accomplished within one hour from departure from home or place of employment.
