This half-day course is designed for individuals with a basic understanding of fire alarm systems who are responsible, or are expecting to become responsible for designing fire alarm systems. Covered subjects include the proper selection and application of smoke/heat detectors, manual pull stations, notification appliances and other system devices. The course also covers design consideration and basic codes such as NFPA 72 and ADA.
