This two-hour introductory course exposes students to the fundamentals of Intelligent Fire Alarm Systems. The course is for individuals with experience in conventional fire alarm systems that are looking to expand into the addressable, intelligent fire alarms systems market. The course covers the benefits, features and capabilities of intelligent systems, the various input, output and supplementary devices, optional components and modules and the concepts of Input/Output (I/O) programming.
