Baltimore County has increased the fee to secure/renew an alarm company permit. The fees charged for false alarms will increase on January 1, 2019. This is the first increase in the referenced fees since 1998.
The fee to secure or renew an alarm company permit increased from $50 to $125 on November 26, 2018. The three year term, for an alarm company permit, has not changed.
Effective January 1, 2019 the following fees will be charged for false alarms with a calendar year.
